Job Description:
An account executive (AE) builds and maintains client relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and drives revenue growth. They work in many industries, including advertising, financial services, public relations, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships: Work with clients to understand their goals and needs, and develop solutions to meet them
- Identify opportunities: Research and prospect for new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts: Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Make presentations: Conduct sales presentations and calls to demonstrate product benefits
- Meet goals: Set and meet sales targets and quotas, and report on account status
- Collaborate: Work with sales representatives, marketing, and other teams to develop strategies and overcome challenges
- Provide customer service: Ensure client satisfaction and walk clients through purchasing processes

ABS COnstruction offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
